How to Install MIUI ROM on Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 [Tutorial]

Samsung Galaxy S3 was one of the outstanding device of their galaxy family.

Since Samsung confirms that there is no official kitkat update for Glaxy s3, users are forced to try custom ROMs on their devices.

The latest trending phone in the Market is the Chinese Build Xiaomi Mi3.

The device became so popular due to social network and advertisments over the internet and television.

So, in this tutorial, we are going to tell you how to install the Xiaomi Developer ROM on your GT-I9300

Caution:- This ROM Is only for the international variant of Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300). please do not try this on any other device as it may brick the device. 
Custom ROM installation should be done at your own risk, WE  will not be responsiblr for any damage that cause to your device.Proceed at YOUR OWN RISK.

Let's begin the work.

Pre-Requisites:

Download the custom ROM from the official Xiaomi Website here .
Select your device. Here , your device is Samsung and select Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.

You will be redirected to the download page and you can easily download the ROM.

After downloading the ROM file (which will be in zip format), Copy the downloaded zip to the root folder of your device.

Now reboot your device into recovery by long pressing volume up+power+home button.

Once the device boots into recovery, select 'Install Zip' and select the ROM file from the list.
The installation will automatically begin and once the installation is complete,restart the device.

You will have your new ROM installed and ready to use !!

How to Install a developer ROM in Xiaomi Mi3

Here We are going to discuss about installing a developer ROM in Xiaomi Mi3.

You have to download the developer ROM from their official website here
(source MIUI.COM. You can download many ROMs available for the popular devices from the link).

You just have to download the developer rom by click on the first download link.

Now you have to copy the downloaded ROM file to the 'downloaded_rom' folder of the SD card. If the downlaoded ROM is a newer version, then you don't have to wipe the data, but if the ROM that you have downloaded is older version, then you will have to wipe the data.(The phone will automatically detect and inform you if it is a newer version).

Open the updater on the launcher and then select installation file.
Now select the ROM which you want to flash and click update now.

That's it , updation will start and you will have the New ROM installed.
